In this ceremony, I invite you to a living practice rooted in Nordic folk beliefs and ancient place wisdom. A ceremony of 2—3 hours in which we move between visible and invisible reality, with the body as the tool and nature as the guide. We enter:

Outseta — the Nordic way to listen, watch and wait in the landscape
Spring drink — to encounter water as essence and healing power
Protection & Mind Sharping — with herbs, runes or the movement of the body
Being contact & nature signs — the trails we see and feel
Dream work in waking state — images, messages, and voices out of the twilight

We listen together -- to the moss, the silence, what happens when we stop explaining and start feeling. **This is a ceremony, not a course. We learn by doing. By being. **

Through body, breath, voice, rod and drum, she listens to the myths of the land, the memories of ancestors, and the whispers of the forest — and gives new life to forgotten songs and stories.
